I currently teach first grade at a NYC public school. I received an undergraduate education degree from Hunter College ( GPA 3.7) and then recieved my Masters in education at Bank Street College of Education (GPA 3.9) I am passionate about teaching math and love to watch a child's confidence grow as they learn. I also strive to help children become more independent, no matter what subject area, by having them reflect on their past learning and processes.
