I'm an energetic tutor based in New York City, New York, with experience across a broad array of subjects. I was a biology major at Washington University in St. Louis and am accordingly well-versed in math and science. However, I'm not just a math and science tutor. I'm also very passionate about French language and literature, which was my second major at Washington University. I've always been very interested in French studies, but a semester abroad program in France really cemented my passion for the subject. I've also taken the MCAT placement exam for medical school, and have a lot of experience with standardized test strategies and study methods. My wide range of experience, both in the classroom and out of it, allows me to work successfully as a tutor across fields as diverse as math, science, the French language, and standardized tests like the MCAT. Of course, not all of my time is spent in the classroom. I also enjoy reading novels, playing and watching basketball, and getting outside to explore a new hiking trail. I hope that I can use the diverse set of skills I've developed throughout my academic career to help you reach your educational goals, whatever they may be.
