Experience
I went to Oberlin College for my bachelor's degree in history. I was an editor of the Oberlin Review and I assisted a professor of the English department with research. I also studied abroad in Dublin at Trinity College, and I spent a semester at Williams - Mystic doing maritime studies. These experiences only encouraged my desire to learn more, and I consider myself a lifelong learner today. I like to get to know my students to understand their interests and their goals. This helps me tutor successfully, and helps me learn as well. I can tutor students in reading, writing, essays, literature, English grammar, history, Latin, and test preparation. In my free time, I like to play the guitar, hike, watch films, and read.
