Latin and Ancient Greek major and Thomas Hunter Honors major at Hunter college, 2016. G.P.A. 3.998 CUNY Latin/Greek Institute: Basic-Level Greek + Advanced Level Greek intensives. 2014, 2015. I have won two translation contests (one regional, the other national) in Ancient Greek as well as received an award from the Classics department at Hunter College for Ancient Greek. I also received an honorary Latin award in High School and got a perfect score on the National Latin Exam Level II.
Experience
I have worked in the education sector of the Brooklyn Botanic Garden as an apprentice, working with kids of all ages, for three years. I would like to tutor because I engage well with kids and always like to make any quality time with children or younger adolescents into a lesson. I have tutored young kids in reading comprehension, writing, and math.

Hobbies
In my spare time, I like to write creatively, move my body to yoga or pilates, and cook healthy foods. I am a native Spanish speaker and have travelled thrice to study in Italy.
