Learning a second language can be intimidating and challenging. The Spanish language has so many rules and different enunciations that it can oftentimes be frustrating for beginning students. I love teaching the language. It is my belief that every student has the ability to learn a foreign language. In my opinion, every teacher should take the time to get to know each student and create lesson plans that meet their needs. I spend a lot of time creating custom learning plans that reflect each student's personalities. I have a bachelor's degree in Spanish and Secondary Education, which I earned from Queens College. I also have my Master of Science of Education in Counseling, as well as grief counseling and play therapy advanced certificates. I earned my master's degree and the certificates from Alfred University in New York. Additionally, I have taught Spanish for over nine years and for over five years I have tutored Spanish off and on. In my spare time, I enjoy writing songs, reading, and traveling. I am looking forward to giving your child a stress free and happy environment to explore the Spanish language!
