I studied history and secondary education as an undergraduate, and I'm now attending Northwest Christian University for my masters degree in early childhood education. I have a decade of experience as a teacher, along with five years of experience as a tutor. I've tutored students of all ages and grade levels, but my specialties are English language arts, history, and test preparation. I love learning myself, and I'm always taking opportunities to learn new things. With each student, I get to know them first and build rapport, and then I customize my lesson plans to help the student in the most effective way possible. In my free time, I like to crochet and read.
