Experience
Over the past eight years, I tutored students in elementary school through high school, taught nutrition and gardening to elementary students, performed as a coordinator for two youth summer programs, and served as a substitute educator with NYC Department of Education. I love working with children because I am able to witness the pureness in their drive to learn new things without reservation or bias. I admire their gift of wonder and curiosity. And in a way, it makes me motivated to continue learning myself. Currently, I am a program manager and educator for City Parks Foundation's Learning Gardens program.
