Many believe that the learning process consists of taking tests and solving difficult equations. However, this is not what learning is. Learning is using different strategies to solve questions and discovering your own learning style that can be applied to the real world. I am well aware of the stresses a student can face. Many students get anxiety and nervousness right before a big exam. They cram and stress to make sure they have memorized all the essential information. This shouldn't be the case. I believe that everyone is an intelligent individual. Sometimes, all a person needs is the right mentor to help them bring out their intelligence. I am currently offering my tutoring services in different levels of mathematics, essay editing and writing, literature, English, writing skills, reading skills, and phonics. I also can help in preparation for the following standardized exams: SAT (critical reading, writing, math, verbal), PSAT, Regents, SHSAT, and the ISEE (lower, middle, and upper level). When I am not tutoring students, I can be found partaking in thrilling outdoor activities. I love rock climbing, scuba diving, and tennis. I also love yoga and drawing. I'm also a big fan of humor and jokes. I currently reside in Brooklyn, New York.
