I think it is important to understand the learning process of each student, in order for them to learn anything. A teacher all my life, in class and out, I have always loved to learn and am always looking for something new to be interested in. I'll take an online course or look for a new degree. I can tutor reading, writing, grammar and mechanics, college essays, American history, European history, geography, and languages.In work and life, I love to interact with students. They can be any age, nationality, and from any background. My work always leads to the rewarding experience helping someone learn a new subject is. I attended the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor and Portland State University in my academic career. Living in Los Angeles, California, I enjoy yoga, horseback riding, playing tennis, and bike riding in my spare time. Reading and creative writing are up there too.
