As a tutor, I believe that giving one-on-one lessons is the best way to help struggling students, and I am happy to help, as well as try to provide as many opportunities and as much support as possible, beyond the classroom. I have prepped over a thousand students in exams that focused on middle school ELA, as well as the English Regents exam for high school students. I understand what makes a student successful on these exams, and I believe my insight can help those I am tutoring.I offer assistance in Reading, Writing, Literature, Grammar and Mechanics, English, and test prep for SSAT Middle Level.I attended SUNY at Albany and CUNY College of Staten Island. In my free time, I love anything to do with theater, and enjoy acting and directing. I also like to practice photography.
