Experience
I hold a degree in Biological Sciences. I have experience working with both small and large groups and have helped with biology studies as well as many other subjects. I've assisted students in learning biology and genetics as a supplemental instructor. During this time, I worked with students of various abilities and education levels. I've also helped by tutoring underprivileged students with lab work and class work. As you can see, from these experiences, I love to help others. As a tutor and teacher, I have found ways to share information with students, no matter what their learning abilities or learning styles are. I created my own activities, games, and worksheets to help students think outside the box when learning. I feel confident editing my own written work, as I've worked as an intern for production companies and do a lot of my own writing. I like to encourage my students to be as creative as possible during the learning process, as this makes learning more fun. I help them learn skills that they can carry with them outside of our sessions. I understand that school work and studying can be stressful and may even seem impossible, but I make it more manageable for my students.
