I am currently attending Wesleyan University to obtain my bachelor's degree in Government and Latin American Studies. I gained extensive experience in Spanish throughout my schooling and have taken numerous Spanish courses in college. I have also spent one semester tutoring students in the beginning levels of Spanish. I even lived abroad for a time, traveling to various Spanish-speaking countries.While Languages and Spanish in particular are two favorite subjects of mine, I also have experience tutoring other classes as well. I have tutored Math at the elementary level, and spent a summer teaching basic Math skills to under-taught high school students. I am capable of providing Math tutoring to students of any age or ability, ranging from students in Elementary Math to those taking high school Algebra. I can also assist with English concepts and SAT preparation. I have taken both the SAT and ACT myself, and know what is expected.Outside of academia, I like to discover new music and enjoy attending concerts. I also like to spend time at the park, or just outdoors, taking walks or simply sitting and enjoying the scenery. When it comes to food, I like to experiment. I am constantly trying new recipes, especially if they involve spicy ingredients!
