Currently attending Syracuse University, i'm about to start my junior year this fall,pursuing my Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering. I love helping others understand math in a simple and effective manner that will allow them to be more successful in their math classes. I have a 3.38 overall GPA and a mathematics 3.7 GPA which include: Pre-calc, CALC I,II,and III. I love math, but i'm a civil engineer first and Statics is a key class in my field, a former TA for Statics class i will lay down these concepts in a clear and simple way without sacrificing any concepts or cutting corners that won't benefit you.
Experience
I've tutored at my high school for math for two years, having one on ones with my peers, being open and friendly with them to allow for a more enjoyable experience. I also have aided my teachers in my college classrooms by being a TA and helping students understand the concepts and answering whatever question they might have that the professor might have made sound unclear. I want to be a tutor because i do love math and i do love Statics and all subjects in my field. I have taken every math class up to and including Calc III, as well as Mechanics of solids, Statics, and any other Civ. Eng. classes in the first two year curriculum.
