Education

I graduated from New York University in 2014 with a BA in Psychology, minors in Anthropology and Child & Adolescent Mental Health Studies, and coursework in writing. After graduating, I realized that I wanted to pursue a career in writing, and I got a job at a content writing agency in the city. However, I honed my writing skills throughout college, taking courses in both creative and expository writing and writing extensively for my Psychology and elective classes.

Experience

Tutoring Experience: I've volunteered for two non-profit tutoring organizations. Most recently, I worked with Reading Partners, where I regularly tutored two elementary school students in reading. This involved teaching about phonetics, as well as reading comprehension and grammar. Writing Experience: I work for a content writing agency that writes all forms of copy for our different clients. My job includes writing and editing blog posts, articles, web copy, and more. I act as the sole editor for many of my company's clients, so I have a lot of experience in building sentence structure, flow, and etc. I also write fiction and take classes in this area!
