I am a creative tutor who is passionate about helping people. I'm here to help students with algebra, geometry, elementary math, middle school math, statistics, reading, writing, English as a second language, and a wide variety of other subjects. I am currently pursuing my master's in Speech and Language Pathology. I have worked a diverse array of jobs in my lifetime. I've been a costume designer, a carpenter, a cake decorator, a nanny, and a music supervisor, to name a few. I believe its important to try new things and be creative, and I incorporate this in my tutoring style. I am passionate about working with students on a variety of subjects, but I particularly love helping students improve and develop their language skills. I have experience working with students with learning disabilities and students who struggle with reading and writing. I also love working with students of all ages. When I'm not tutoring I like to read good books, play musical instruments like the guitar and piano, draw pictures, do arts and crafts, bake and cook, and go on hikes. I'm a very creative person and I am now writing a screenplay that I hope to turn into a movie.
