I worked for 7 years in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions at the University of Michigan as an admissions counselor. Because of this past experience, I am uniquely able to also provide tutoring on the college admissions process. I can help select colleges to apply to and visit, answer questions about the potentially complicated process, and help with the crafting of college essays. I was born in Peru, but have lived in the US for 30 years. While I am not a fluent speaker of Spanish, I am quite proficient and can help with Spanish 1 and 2 coursework confidently.
