I am enthusiastic about education and sharing my knowledge with others. I think the academic journey should be an exciting process of exploration. I received my Bachelor of Arts at Oberlin College in East Asian Studies, with an emphasis in Chinese Language. I was a participant in the 2013 Princeton in Beijing, which is an intensive summer language immersion program offered through Princeton University and held at the Beijing Normal University. In addition to speaking Chinese, I am a fluent speaker in Spanish and English. Currently, I am an advanced French student and I have received top prize in the Le Grand Concours, a national French Language Competition. I have experience in private tutoring for Chinese, English (for English language learners), Spanish, French, and Math (up to Precalculus). I have completed training for educators in English as a Second and Foreign Language through Oberlin College. When I am not working, I enjoy dancing (folk dancing and dance teams), music, performing in plays, playing the violin, and the arts in general.
