Experience

Although I've given tutoring and assistance to my peers throughout my years of school, I have no formal tutoring experience other than tutoring my cousin for her GRE exam for a few days. I scored a 2140 on the SAT, and received a 4 on both AP Biology and Environmental Science, and a 5 on AP Human Geography. I've also taken AP Cambridge Capstone, a two-year experimental course (the first of its kind), where students learned a multitude of skills, including research, experiments, and essay writing. I want to be a tutor because it is very much a concern of mine to make sure that people are as educated as possible, and tutoring is a great way to enrich knowledge that may or may not be ideally taught in a classroom setting.
