I have attended Brooklyn College and Saint Augustine's College. My work experiences are varied in many different settings like customer service, education, and retail. I have been a mentor and a tutor at Mary E. Phillips High School (a second chance school for individuals that have had difficulties at home, school, or both) located in Raleigh, North Carolina. I tutored at Mary E. Phillips in Algebra, Biology, and Physical Science. At the same time, I was someone the students looked up to, and I helped counsel them with issues they were going through. I was also a volunteer in Brooklyn, New York, at P.S. 114 as a parent coordinator this past year. I helped in the schoolroom by monitoring individuals and joining in the activities. While I was volunteering, I also studied to become either a para professional or a substitute teacher, and I finished classes in School Violence Prevention and Child Abuse Prevention.I enjoy watching and playing sports, reading, music, and working out. I currently reside in Brooklyn, New York.
