I work as a professional copywriter, editor, and proofreader. I excel in the use of language, as well as being proficient in writing, grammar, and literature. As a tutor, I like to focus on helping my students achieve their academic goals. This outcome based focus is what makes me a good educator. Through hard work and effort, I helped my last student increase his SAT verbal score by two hundred points.I graduated from New York University and I am currently living in Brooklyn. I am able to help students improve their verbal, reading, and writing skills on the ACT and SAT. I tutor reading, writing, literature, grammar, American and European history, social studies and English. I also teach a range of advanced courses in history, geography, and government.When I am not tutoring, I like to spend my time reading. I also enjoy performing improvisational and stand up comedy.
