Education

Yale University - BA, American Studies

Experience

I recently graduated Phi Beta Kappa and cum laude from Yale University. There, I majored in American History, but I am now looking into law schools to attend. Currently, I am working in Manhattan as a paralegal. I tutor many subjects, including Spanish, reading, various math courses, and others, but my personal favorites are history, religion, and politics. I can also help students prepare for tests, such as the SAT or PSAT. I have a lot of experience working with high school students, and I not only tutored them, but I also worked as a volunteer health teacher and program leader for the New York City community. I greatly enjoy learning, and I love passing on the knowledge I have accumulated to other students. In my experience tutoring, I have had success in helping students learn new ideas, improving their debate skills, and improving their writing. When not tutoring, I enjoy reading and learning more about politics, history, religious studies, and foreign languages. Spanish is a language I both study and tutor. I also enjoy map-collecting and practicing yoga.
