I am from good 'ole Knoxville, Tennessee, but don't let my southern twang fool you. I have been a writer my entire life and am so excited to pass on some of the skills I have acquired along the way. I am well-versed in a variety of essay-writing styles, and I was a National YoungArts Foundation semi-finalist in creative writing. I also spent two years as a drama counselor for a day camp, where I helped campers write and direct their own performances.
