I've tutored fellow teammates and friends while in college and really loved the experience. I also was tutored in college! I studied bioengineering and saw the first hand value of tutors and what they actually bring to students who want to learn. I've taken classes in nanotechnology, stem cell engineering, Viral Immunology, all the entry level math and science courses, but I think my favorite was my Intro to Engineering course. It was hard at first but I got to learn how to build my own exercise machine and how to use mathematical code to simulate a rocket going into space and orbiting the moon. It was cool stuff. I currently work for a cancer research center on their clinical database and couldn't be happier with where my education has taken me.
