Experience

I attended Binghamton University to earn my bachelor's degree in English. As a tutor, I've help students in math, reading, writing, and test preparation. I also had the opportunity as a college student to tutor high school students and give piano lessons. When I work with students, I focus on providing fun and interesting sessions, and I also relate topics to interests the student has or things the student already knows. I like to help students develop their own curiosity and interest in learning, and I want students to feel confident in their abilities. Every student learns differently, so I change my approach to best meet the needs of each student I work with. When I have free time, I like to play the piano and cook. I also enjoy playing and watching basketball.
