Hi! My name is Taylor and I love learning. From crafting an erudite essay to solving a complex organic synthesis, the process of achieving knowledge, comprehension, and critical thinking is a major interest of mine. The opportunity to pass on my excitement while helping learners find their academic stride is excellent. I've tutored children, high school students, undergraduates, and adults in a wide range of subjects in English, Mathematics, and Science. As an undergrad, I worked at the Writing Center and peer tutored my classmates. After college, I lived abroad and tutored young and adult learners in English in Vietnam, Tanzania, and Hong Kong. As a graduate student, I was a Teaching Assistant and helped tutor undergrads in ecology, cinemetrics, and writing. As a post-bac premed student, I have begun tutoring high school and undergraduate biology and chemistry. I am a 30-year-old applying to medical school and am enthusiastic to share my approach to the learning process. We'll work toward high cognitive objectives including applications and evaluations of given concepts.
