I am currently a Masters student at the New School in the Media Studies department. I earned my BA from Eugene Lang (the New School) in Cultural and Media Studies with a minor in the Arts.
Experience
I have brief tutoring experience from high school working with the Boys and Girls Club as well as the Police Activities League. However, I'm a constructivist at heart and an avid DIY enthusiast. My daily routines rely on collaboration and sharing between individuals as a community, and to pass these values onto today's youth is crucial in the development of a positive society. I'm versed in your traditional academic subjects but offer supplementary interests in biopower, general human sustainability, existentialism, Western culture as industry, subversive arts movements, music and its interaction with film, music (history, theory, performance, various recording softwares, etc), French and German social theory, and most other odd topics you might like to chat about.
