Education

Tulane University of Louisiana - Bachelors, Economics

Experience

I went to Tulane University to earn my bachelor's degree in economics. After I graduated, I volunteered with Habitat for Humanity as a member of AmeriCorps, where I trained volunteers in construction of housing. This experience translates well to the field of tutoring, and I'm confident my ability to help students increase their test scores. I earned a perfect score on the MCAT CARS in 2016, and as a tutor, I specialize in MCAT and ACT English and reading comprehension sections. I show students how to get to the bottom of what the question is asking, and I help them develop test taking skills and techniques to ensure their preparedness on test day. My interests outside of economics include boxing, politics, the radio, reading, biking, and woodworking.
