I spent six years as a teacher in New York City, and I'm now working for an organization to help students get into colleges. I like to work with young people to help them build independent learning skills and confidence in their abilities. I know how to prepare students for the college experience as well as how to get their knowledge and learning skills up to par. I enjoy helping students become better writers, learn and understand history, prepare for admissions and assessment exams like the ACT and SAT, and build study habits and skills they need to maximize their academic potential. In my free time, I like listen to music, reading, art, dancing, writing, and walking my dog.
