I believe that my success as a tutor is due to the fact that I myself love the process of learning. I am patient and thorough, and want you to enjoy learning too. I've been teaching since 2003, when I first began tutoring music students. I am happy to tutor you or your child in one specific subject, or give comprehensive tutoring covering multiple areas. Here are some specifics on each of the subject areas I am comfortable teaching: English/Reading/Writing/French: I learned the most about being a good writer and understanding literature after studying French intensively in college and during a study abroad program. In order to understand one's own language in great detail, it helps to pick apart and analyze a foreign language with fresh eyes and ears.
