I went to SUNY at Binghamton to earn my bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, and I'm now attending graduate school at City College to become a certified teacher for English as a second language and math at the high school and middle school levels. I enjoy working with students of all ages and backgrounds. I had the opportunity to work in Turkey for a year, where I taught English and math at the first and second grade levels. I've also had experience tutoring children and adults in reading and math. I love helping others learn, and I'm looking forward to tutoring algebra, geometry, elementary and middle school math, pre-calculus, trigonometry reading, writing, essays, ESL, English grammar, study skills and organization, public speaking, and test preparation. In my free time, I like to read, swim, hike, cook, do yoga, camp, and travel.
