Education

University of California-San Diego - Bachelor in Arts, Political Science and Government

Experience

I received my bachelor's degree in political science from the University of California - San Diego. My focus was international relations, and I also earned a philosophy minor. After graduation, I've worked as an intern at a think tank for policy in the nation's capital. As a tutor, I enjoy tutoring a wide array of topics. I like to stay sharp on everything, and tutoring is a great way for me to keep learning while I teach others. My focus is to help them develop problem-solving skills. I lead students down the path towards the answer without giving it away. This help students rely on themselves and develop confidence, but also help students break bad habits by creating new, better ones. When I have free time, I enjoy playing volleyball, basketball, and tennis. I also enjoy reading and going to museums.
