I specialize in helping high school students prepare their art portfolios for college applications. It's a tedious process and I've been through it myself. I've been fortunate enough to go to a great art school and I love to share what I've learned with budding creatives. By day, I am a motion designer, and I get to work on tv and web ad content. I can teach what is equivalent to a college level Intro to Computer Animation course, which includes basic design and animation skills, software knowledge, and understanding of industry standards.

Hi, I am very friendly and dependable. I love to get to know my students and really be a mentor for them, because I often feel invested and responsible for guiding them towards their goal. I believe in a more fluid, individualized way of teaching that is driven by passion and positive reinforcement, with the understanding that hard work is unavoidable. Outside of work, I am a big time homebody. I love to be in my element, with a cup of tea and a good book. I've just adopted a little puppy as well, so he takes up a lot of my free time. When I'm out and about, I love to visit art exhibits and find delicious, hole in the wall places to eat. I am very passionate about the topic of female empowerment and racial tolerance. I'm always trying to find opportunities where I can raise awareness with my skill set.
