I have found that learning is a personal endeavor, and I strive to make sure that our tutoring sessions are tailored to your needs.I am a graduate of Loyola Marymount University, where I studied Theatre Arts and English. In college, I was a member of the honor society and a student ambassador in the English department. In addition, I graduated with honors. I had the opportunity to practice my Spanish and to learn the culture through my time spent studying abroad in Spain. I have also worked in the education department at the San Diego Zoo.Currently, I am a private nanny and tutor in NYC. I am also working on my applications for graduate school. I plan to become an English high school teacher. I love to read most types of literary fiction (especially WWII fiction). I am a writer and I take as many writing classes as I can afford. I love to try new foods and attempt to bake pies. I enjoy knitting fluffy and cozy things.
