Experience
For three school years I worked as a school psychologist, ages k-12, working with a diverse population of students, including children with disabilities. I give private lessons because I enjoy it. Having recently relocated I am working on building a new network of students and am giving discount prices to the first few students. During my studies I taught both undergraduate level frontal lessons in cognitive psychology and experimental psychology (statistics and methodology in psychological research) and assisted in creating a graduate level course in statistics. Throughout my career I have given private lessons in introduction to psychology, cognitive psychology, statistics, E-Prime, experimental psychology, neuropsychology/physiology and more. Furthermore, I taught English to adults using a special method that encourages talk and makes remembering easier. I have taken part in international conferences around the world and have presented scientific posters. Furthermore, I have published, as the main author, three academic articles in highly ranking journals and have assisted graduate level students in completing projects and theses. I have also mentored a handful of graduate students with an emphasis on learning experimental methods and using creativity.

Hobbies
Seeing as I owned a typewriter before getting my first bicycle, my passion is quite obviously writing. To me, life is something to be seen, heard, felt and then jotted down. It is my way to express all of the experiences I have very luckily had through my childhood, education, career, and well general living of life. Funnily enough my second passion is riding my bicycle. Whenever possible it is my preferred way of commuting from A to B. Working from a young age, I notice that all of my jobs included a lot of human interaction so it isn’t so surprising that I ended up with a career in education. I am quite lucky that my main interest is also my career.
