Experience

I attended college at Binghamton University. I like in Brooklyn, New York, and work as a debate coach. I have taught philosophy, public speaking, and debate at my both my alma mater and at the University of Rochester for four years now. I have also worked at Stuyvesant High School instructing the same subjects. My knowledge base is wide and varied. I can be of assistance in the areas of Latin, English, history, SAT study skills, and the social sciences.I always mold my model of instruction to best suit the needs of my students. It is most effective to incorporate fun into learning and to create some relevance between the subject matter and students' lives. So, this is the approach I take when teaching or tutoring. I am a chess player who is into Formula One racing and reading books. Obviously, I enjoy being involved in debates and philosophizing.
