Experience
I have tutored students of all ages for about 10 years. This year, I am entering my third year of teaching as an English teacher for the New York City Department of Education. I teach all inclusion classes, which include students with IEPS and English Language Learners of all levels. My experience has been mostly with high school students, mostly 10th and 11th grade, but I am willing to work with any student that might need a little extra help. I love working with kids to help them build confidence and be successful in the classroom, as well as outside the classroom in their everyday lives.

Hobbies
I love teaching and everything about teaching. I am working towards getting more credits beyond my Master's and am constantly trying to go to professional developments that give me new and innovative ideas to bring to the classroom. In my personal time, I do like to exercise and cook healthy food to keep a healthy balance between my mind and body. I love experimenting in the kitchen! I take pride in my fashion and clothes, because I feel that how you dress gives people the impression of you that you want them to have. I love doing arts and crafts and DIY projects, the idea of creating something on your own always feels satisfying. I love to read all kinds of texts and literature, and I like to write as well. Photography is my newest hobby that I have taken seriously, and I am looking forward to exploring that further as well.
